May the efforts of this practice which I call life go towards the divine order for the highest good of all. 

 

I am a sun-worshipping water goddess and spiritual explorer. I embarked on a healing journey after losing my mother, Connie, to metastatic breast cancer in 2018. Driven by a message of unconditional love received after my mother's passing, I started practicing radical non-judgment (non-duality) and deepened my spirituality during my pregnancy, marked by two transformative events exactly one year apart - my mother's death and my daughter, Hunter's, birth - fueled my exploration of various techniques, including breathwork, meditation, and movement which led me to delve into energetics, epigenetics and sacred geometry. I believe in the intrinsic health of individuals and view disease as a manifestation of unhealed pasts, outdated beliefs, and societal norms.

Amidst a fast-paced culture, I sought spirituality and sisterhood, which I found in the Almost30 podcast community, where as an O.G. member, I participated in over 100 workshops, exploring a range of healing modalities. I'm a member of the To Be Magnetic community, focusing on neuroplasticity and manifestation. I'm also a graduated from of the School of Womanly Arts by Mama Gena, empowering women to embrace all aspects of themselves.

In 2023, I completed a beginner's course on The Secret Intelligence of Water, influencing my perspective on water as a key to healing. In May 2022, I founded my first business, As Above Productions, with plans to launch The Community Market Podcast in 2024. My future projects include the Sister Circle empowerment retreat, Curb Herbs nonprofit promoting natural healing in urban communities and books like "Ceremonies for the Mother."

My entrepreneurial and spiritual journey is complemented by my completion of various workshops, covering topics from astrology and intuition to entrepreneurship and self-care. Through As Above Productions, I aim to increase human consciousness and promote holistic wellness through self discovery.
